Officer/Sr. Officer Import

A reputable Pharmaceutical Company located in SITE Super Highway Karachi industrial area urgently required candidate for following vacant Position:

Position: Sr. Officer/Officer import

Experience: 1-2 years of experience required (Specifically in Pharma and Indenting House)

Qualifications: Minimum Graduation

Gender: Male/Female

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, monitoring and executing material requirement in line with forecast, budget and consumption trends for import and local procurement.
• Manage the import processes in a cost-effective way with specific Emphasis on imports – including all related tasks i.e. ADC/DIL and COPP.
• Ensure timely submission of documents for customs clearance.
• Submit import/export declarations and regulatory requirements via PSW.
• Work with clearing agents to process GDs, duties and taxes.
• Ensure compliance with SROs, HS Code and DRAP.
• Process and obtain NOCs from DRAP.
• Liaise with supplier, banks (for LC, TT).
• Responsible for carrying out demand planning.
• Maintain inventory of stores as per requirement.
• Maintain Order Master Files as per requirement.
• Prepare reports of Sale order and Stock order as per requirement.
