Officer- Vendor Management & Shipment Controller

Kamsoft Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Officer – Vendor Management & Shipment Controller to manage vendor relationships, ensure smooth order processing, and oversee all shipment operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, an understanding of production workflows, and experience handling logistics (preferably FedEx).

• Coordinate with multiple factory vendors for production and order execution.
• Negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective vendor management.
• Monitor all orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Perform quality checks on orders before dispatch.
• Manage FedEx shipments, including generating labels and ensuring timely dispatch.
• Track all shipment-related emails and ensure proper communication with clients and logistics partners.
• Maintain detailed and updated Excel sheets for orders, shipments, costs, and vendor records.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, and dispatch teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in vendor management, logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vendors and orders simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of shipment processes (FedEx experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work the 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift.
