System Engineer (Cloud & Systems)
\nLocation: Islamabad
\n\nWe are looking for a System Engineer – Cloud & Systems to support Microsoft 365 services, cloud platforms, and on-premises infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365 administration, virtualization, and enterprise IT systems.

\n\n

Job Responsibilities

\n\n

Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Assist in user provisioning, mailbox migrations, and license management
Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange environments
Monitor system performance, server health, and alerts
Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V
Assist in hosting, DNS, and domain management
Perform system updates, patching, backups, and troubleshooting
Support security practices including MFA, access control, and compliance
Maintain technical documentation and assist in basic PowerShell automation

\n\n

Requirements

\n\n

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant experience in system administration or cloud support
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server administration
Basic understanding of Exchange Server and Active Directory
Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

\n\n

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification
Basic PowerShell scripting
Exposure to VMware or Hyper-V virtualization platforms
