Job Title: Immigration Counselor (Sales – Targets Based)

The Role

We’re hiring a sales-driven Immigration Counselor who can turn consultations into conversions. If you’re confident, target-focused, and know how to close deals, this role puts you right at the center of growth.

What You’ll Do

Conduct consultation sessions and recommend the right immigration programs

Convert walk-ins, inbound, and digital leads into enrollments

Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to onboarding

Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets

Handle follow-ups, objections, and deal closures

Guide clients on documentation and application steps

Maintain CRM records and track performance

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case processing

What We’re Looking For

Experience in immigration counseling, visa consulting, or sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Target-driven and comfortable working under pressure

Good understanding of immigration programs and visa categories

Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Study abroad knowledge is a plus
