Job Description
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Printing Machine Operator to manage printing operations on plastic tubes/caps. The role ensures quality output, color accuracy, and smooth machine performance while meeting daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up machines & perform job changeovers as per SOPs
- Operate & monitor printing (Flexo/Offset/Screen)
- Ensure color matching, print quality & registration
- Handle plates, cylinders, inks & materials
- Maintain production records & reports
- Coordinate with QA & Maintenance teams
- Minimize wastage & follow 5S and safety practices
- Train junior operators/helpers
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor (Printing Technology preferred)
- 5–7 years relevant printing experience
- Strong knowledge of printing machines & ink systems
- Good problem-solving & team handling skills
- Knowledge of ISCC PLUS (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
