CNC Operator
Operate and monitor CNC machines during production processes.
Set up CNC machines including loading materials, tools, and programs as per job requirements.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.
Adjust machine settings to maintain precision and quality standards.
Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
Identify machining errors or equipment malfunctions and report issues promptly.
Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Ensure finished products meet quality specifications and tolerance limits.
Maintain production logs, daily reports, and job records accurately.
Coordinate with supervisors and quality team for production targets and quality compliance.
Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, raw materials, and finished goods.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards around machines and work area.
Follow safety protocols and company operational procedures at all times.
Assist in machine troubleshooting and support senior technical staff when required.
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets within assigned timelines.
