Executive/Senior Executive NOC
Role Summary
This position is responsible for advanced operational execution and monitoring of Voice services, including traffic analysis, first-line troubleshooting, routing validations, and account-level operational support. The role ensures stable service delivery by managing routine escalations, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and maintaining accuracy across operational platforms, dashboards, and records.
Duties And Responsibilities
Monitor live Voice traffic to ensure service stability and adherence to daily operational quotas.
Support routing configurations and follow approved routing designs.
Perform regular system health checks and critical alarms to identify early indicators of potential issues.
Proactive monitoring of network bandwidth usage.
Traffic shifting & managing failovers in case of any critical outages.
Monitor traffic for key accounts and high-value routes to ensure expected behavior and performance.
Handle key account tickets and maintain clear communication via ticketing systems, email, or WhatsApp channels.
Escalate abnormal behavior or unresolved issues to Specialists or Team Leads as per escalation matrix.
Perform first-level troubleshooting for Voice issues including routing and connectivity problems.
Handle normal operational escalations and ensure timely resolution or escalation to higher tiers.
Assist in investigation of call failures, delivery issues, and service degradation.
Support IP additions/deletions and new trunk activations following approved change procedures.
Coordinate connectivity changes with internal teams and external partners as instructed.
Maintain outage sheets and daily operational reports with accurate timelines and impact details.
Ensure all incidents, actions, and observations are properly logged and documented.
Job Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in voice operations.
Strong knowledge of SIP.
Experience in LDI Voice will be a plus
