Executive IT Support

Eligibility criteria

Qualification:Bachelor's Degree / BSCS / BCS (MCSE or CCNA preferred)

Experience:3+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users both on-site and remotely, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related problems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computers, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure and connectivity.
• Support and maintain Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS) and other business applications.
• Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings as required.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and assist in departmental inventory management.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and technical support.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and support activities for future reference.
• Provide guidance and basic training to users on IT systems and applications.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Assist Team Leads, IT Managers, and Department Heads with IT-related projects and operational tasks.
• Support junior staff and contribute to the efficient functioning of the IT support team.
