Qualification
Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in English from HEC recognized University.
Key Responsibilities
To deliver high-quality English language instruction that develops students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while fostering critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication in accordance with the school's curriculum and academic standards.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons as per the approved curriculum.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, literature, and spoken English.
- Assess students' academic progress through tests, assignments, presentations, and class participation.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, examinations, and maintain students' academic records.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide remedial assistance.
- Encourage students to develop communication, analytical, and creative writing skills.
- Integrate educational technology and modern teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Communicate students' academic progress and behavioral concerns to parents during meetings and through reports.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Perform invigilation, examination duties, and other responsibilities assigned by the school administration.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safeguarding procedures, and professional ethics.
