Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of our digital channels from social media and online customer engagement to digital advertising and phone marketing. You will be the face of the brand online, responsible for growing our audience, engaging with customers, generating leads, and supporting sales through effective digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create, schedule, and post content (images, videos, stories, reels) that aligns with the brand’s tone and goals.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on social media and other online channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.).

Lead and execute phone marketing campaigns to follow up with leads, provide product information, and drive sales.

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.

Develop and execute strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.

Coordinate with the content, design, and product teams to support marketing campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and recommend improvements.

Manage SEO of websites.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement tactics.

Experience with phone-based customer interaction or telesales.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Urdu & English).

Ability to create engaging content (basic graphic design or video editing is a plus).

Self-motivated, creative, and proactive.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
