Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent support, and assist in driving sales through effective communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Assist customers in placing orders and resolving issues
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate sales
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Achieve assigned sales and support targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic sales understanding and customer handling ability
• Good problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office/CRM tools)
• Previous experience in customer support or sales preferred
