Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
