About Job
The Overseas Recruitment Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing international recruitment and work permit opportunities for the company. The role focuses on building strong relationships with overseas employers, generating manpower demands, and ensuring continuous business growth through client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach overseas employers, recruitment agencies, and corporate clients for manpower requirements.
Generate and secure work permit job demands across various industries (e.g., healthcare, construction, hospitality, security, and skilled labor).
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and employers.
Negotiate terms, contracts, and recruitment agreements with overseas partners.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client job orders efficiently.
Research and analyze target countries’ labor markets and recruitment opportunities.
Ensure a steady pipeline of overseas job orders to meet company targets.
Maintain records of all client communications, leads, and business deals.
Attend virtual meetings and negotiations with international clients when required.
Support compliance with international recruitment laws and visa/work permit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development or overseas recruitment.
Strong understanding of work permit processes and international hiring markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into business contracts.
Knowledge of recruitment platforms, LinkedIn sourcing, and client outreach strategies.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Experience in manpower/export recruitment industry will be preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of overseas jobs demands secured monthly.
Conversion rate of leads into signed recruitment contracts.
Client retention and repeat business rate.
