Branch Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
Meet and greet customers.
Ask Customer what they want to buy and take them to appropriate counter.
If all salesmen are busy, keep the customer busy and tell them about new offers and products, you can offer them some sweets as well.
Ensure all sales staff follow the sales guidelines.
Monitor daily sales performance and motivate team to achieve monthly targets.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Team Management & Discipline
Conduct morning stand up meeting to motivate moral of everyone and check Hygiene and cleanliness of sales staff.
Supervise all front-line employees (salesmen, cleaners, helpers, cashiers).
Ensure team members are well behaved, punctual, properly groomed, Uniform is cleaned.
Address performance issues and report repeated violations to HR/Zonal Manager.
Hygiene, Display & Branch Management
Ensure cleanliness of the branch, displays, counters, and serving areas.
Monitor product display for attractiveness, accuracy, and freshness.
Maintenance and over all administration of branch.
Help Cashiers in daily opening and closing checks as per SOPs.
Cash & Inventory Handling
Support cashier in managing daily cash register and reconciliations.
Check wastage and report spoilage or overstocking.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain attendance records, daily sales logs, and complaint registers.
Send daily reports (sales, issues, absenteeism) to Zonal Manager.
Coordinate with HR, supply chain, and accounts when needed.
Requirements
Minimum education: Intermediate or equivalent (preferably graduate).
4–5 years of experience in retail, sales, or food service supervision.
Strong communication and people management skills.
Ability to lead a team with fairness, consistency, and motivation.
Knowledge of basic cash handling and customer service etiquette.
Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
