Job Title: Admissions Counselor (Sales – Study Abroad)

Location: Karachi | Full-time

The Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Admissions Counselor who can guide students and convert leads into enrollments. If you’re sales-focused, confident in communication, and know how to build trust, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Counsel students on study abroad options, universities, and programs
• Handle leads via phone, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings
• Convert inquiries into enrollments through strong follow-ups
• Manage the full admissions journey from first contact to final enrollment
• Create basic marketing content for social media
• Track and manage your pipeline to hit targets

What We’re Looking For

• Strong English communication (spoken and written)
• Proven sales ability and closing skills
• Target-driven, organized, and self-motivated
• Interest in international education
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in study abroad/admissions is required
• Comfortable with tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom/Skype
• Able to work independently
