Senior Professor – Business Management

Location: PECHS, Karachi – Onsite Institution: Law School Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Market Competitive Key Responsibilities Deliver undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral-level courses in Business Management. Lead curriculum design, academic planning, and program development. Conduct high-quality research and publish in HEC-recognized/indexed journals. Supervise MS/MPhil and PhD research students. Mentor faculty members and foster a culture of academic excellence. Lead funded research initiatives and establish industry and academic collaborations. Participate in accreditation, quality assurance, and university governance activities. Qualifications & Experience PhD in Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Minimum 15 years of post-PhD teaching, research, and academic leadership experience. Strong record of publications in HEC-recognized/indexed journals in accordance with the latest HEC criteria. Demonstrated experience in postgraduate research supervision, curriculum development, and academic administration. Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
