Visa Compliance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Visa Compliance Officer to oversee the preparation, review, and processing of immigration and visa applications. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring documentation accuracy, maintaining compliance with immigration policies, and supporting clients throughout the application lifecycle.

The role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple applications efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Review visa and immigration files to ensure all forms, documents, and supporting materials are accurate and complete.
• Assess applicant documentation in line with the latest embassy and immigration requirements.
• Handle data entry and maintain updated records using CRM systems and online visa portals.
• Coordinate professionally with applicants, embassies, consulates, and external authorities regarding case updates and requirements.
• Schedule biometric appointments, interviews, and other application-related procedures as needed.
• Track application progress and provide timely updates to clients regarding their case status.
• Stay updated on immigration regulations, policy changes, and compliance procedures for various visa categories.
• Maintain confidential applicant information and ensure proper document organization for audit and operational purposes.
• Support internal administrative tasks, reporting, and case management activities when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Management, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in visa processing, immigration services, or consultancy operations.
• Familiarity with student, visit, tourist, and work visa procedures will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online processing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
