Job Description
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Hospital Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field
Experience:
2–3 years of experience in healthcare. Data analysis, reporting or hospital operations analytics will be preferred.
Experience Healthcare Databases will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, validate and analyze operational and clinical data from departments
Ensure data accuracy, completeness and integrity through regular verification and quality checks
Prepare and maintain dashboards and Management Information Reports (MIS)
Monitor data quality and coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies
Skills:
Data analysis, reporting and dashboard development
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and healthcare data management
