Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns) tailored to the construction and real estate audience
Manage and grow company profiles across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and lead generation ads
Monitor trends in real estate marketing and competitor activities
Respond to inquiries, messages, and comments professionally
Collaborate with sales and project teams to highlight ongoing and upcoming projects
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and improvements
Coordinate with designers and videographers for high-quality visual content

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management (preferably in real estate or construction industry)
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
Excellent communication and content writing skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
