Key Responsibilities

To maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment throughout the institution by performing cleaning,

sanitation, and waste disposal duties, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

• Clean and disinfect classrooms, offices, corridors, washrooms, laboratories, and other assigned areas.

• Sweep, mop, dust, and wash floors, furniture, windows, and fixtures.

• Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste in accordance with institutional procedures.

• Clean and sanitize toilets, wash basins, and other sanitary facilities regularly.

• Replenish soap, tissue paper, hand sanitizers, and other hygiene supplies as required.

• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, entrances, and walkways.

• Report maintenance issues such as water leakage, broken fixtures, or damaged equipment to the supervisor.

• Properly use and store cleaning chemicals, equipment, and protective gear.

• Follow health, safety, and infection control procedures at all times.

• Perform any other cleaning or sanitation-related duties assigned by the Administration.
