Sales Executive

We are hiring Import Sales Executives and Import Sales Managers with proven experience in freight forwarding sales. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating and managing import business for LCL, FCL, and Air Freight shipments, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new import business for LCL, FCL, and Air Freight
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, overseas agents, and carriers
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates for management
• Stay updated on market rates and competitor pricing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a freight forwarding company
• Strong knowledge of LCL, FCL, and Air Freight services
• Proven ability to generate and close import sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Proficient in MS Excel and CRM systems (preferred)

Preferred Experience

• Existing customer portfolio in import freight
• Experience selling international logistics solutions
• Strong understanding of Pakistan import market
