Sales Executive (B2B) – Real Estate

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive with at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand a strong network of dealers, brokers, and real estate agencies to promote company projects. Conduct daily market visits and meet dealers and real estate brokers. Conduct regular meetings, project presentations, and site visits for brokers and their clients. Maintain a structured dealer management system, ensuring effective follow-ups. Ensure timely dealer registration, documentation, and commission processing. Generate sales leads and bookings through dealer partnerships and channel activities. Update the dealers and affiliates about the construction updates. Can participate in corporate events, property expos, and networking sessions. Stay informed about current real estate trends and competition. Support dealer engagement campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Track and report broker performance, sales pipeline, and market trends to management. Ensure timely dealer registration, documentation, and commission processing. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of real estate products, market trends, and sales processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking and relationship management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Valid driving license (preferred).
