Job Description
Job Title: Purchase Officer (SAP)
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Naya Nazimabad, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement process (PR to PO)
- Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with vendors
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for building materials
- Track orders, deliveries, and maintain procurement records
- Coordinate with internal departments for requirements and approvals
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of procurement experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP (MM module preferred)
- Strong knowledge of procurement of building materials
- Experience in handling PRs, POs, and vendor coordination
- Good negotiation and communication skills
