Job Title: Purchase Officer (SAP)

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Naya Nazimabad, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement process (PR to PO)
Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with vendors
Source and negotiate with suppliers for building materials
Track orders, deliveries, and maintain procurement records
Coordinate with internal departments for requirements and approvals
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
3+ years of procurement experience
Hands-on experience with SAP (MM module preferred)
Strong knowledge of procurement of building materials
Experience in handling PRs, POs, and vendor coordination
Good negotiation and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
