Job Description
We are looking for a Project Sales Executive to visit under-construction houses, renovations, and commercial projects in Islamabad & Rawalpindi, build relationships with all stakeholders, collect complete project data, and convert projects into sales for our door, kitchen, furniture and wardrobe hardware + interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Field Visits & Lead Generation
- Project Data Collection (Same-Day Entry)
- Stakeholder Meetings & Relationship Building
- Product Presentation & Solution Selling
- Quotation, Coordination & Closing
- Follow-up & Pipeline Management
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in field sales / project sales (construction, interiors, building materials preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must be comfortable meeting professionals (architects/designers/contractors)
- Basic ability to use smartphone tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets/CRM Zoho)
- Own transport preferred (bike/car) for daily field visits
- Presentable, punctual, disciplined
