Summary
We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager with over 5-7 years of experience in managing large-scale software and technical projects from initiation through closure. This pivotal role demands exceptional planning, organizing, leading, and delivery abilities, coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively manage clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
The ideal candidate not only understands the technical intricacies of software architecture, integrations, and databases but also provides strategic consultation to clients, helping them align projects with business goals, market readiness, and long-term growth. With a consultative and business-savvy mindset, this role involves identifying opportunities to upsell projects, enhance client value, and guide stakeholders on how successful projects can scale and thrive in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Project Lifecycle Management
- Manage projects with end-to-end technical and managerial oversight, ensuring strict adherence to scope, quality, budget, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Define comprehensive project scope and objectives, involving relevant business and technical stakeholders to ensure feasibility, alignment, and architectural soundness.
- Develop detailed project plans and documentation, merging customer requirements with technical specifications (solution diagrams, process flows, wireframes, data maps).
- Oversee execution with a strong focus on system integrations, APIs, database interactions, and compliance with technical standards.
Stakeholder, Consultation & Team Coordination
- Act as a strategic consultant to clients, advising on project scalability, market positioning, and long-term success.
- Identify upsell and value-add opportunities by understanding client needs, project growth potential, and emerging trends.
- Coordinate all stakeholders, engineering teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical and non-technical parties.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
- Maintain transparent client relationships, ensuring clarity, satisfaction, and trust.
Monitoring, Risk & Reporting
- Track progress using project management tools, producing scheduled reports on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
- Manage changes effectively to project scope, schedule, and quality standards, with emphasis on technical implications.
- Conduct technical risk management to address architecture, scalability, performance, and integration challenges.
- Escalate critical issues promptly to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
Leadership, Adaptability & Growth
- Lead, mentor, and empower cross-functional technical teams, fostering accountability and high performance.
- Delegate tasks based on strengths and provide coaching on best practices in software delivery and integrations.
- Adapt to multiple roles (Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master) depending on methodology requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI/automation trends, and industry integration patterns to influence delivery strategies.
- Guide clients on business growth strategies through project delivery, ensuring solutions achieve market success.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and optimizing delivery practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive project management experience.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
Skills
- Deep technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, system integrations, and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong ability to bridge business needs with technical delivery and provide client consultation on strategy and scalability.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
- Proven ability to upsell projects and identify opportunities for business value expansion.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for effective client and team management.
- Strong financial, risk management, and resource allocation expertise.

Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years in project management with proven success in technical project delivery.
