Processing Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Processing Officer (Female Preferred) to efficiently manage visa application processes from start to finish. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, ensure compliance with current immigration regulations, and maintain clear communication with clients and relevant authorities. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Giga Mall, DHA Phase II, Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine visa applications to ensure all details are accurate and complete
• Gather and verify supporting documents according to specific visa requirements
• Enter and maintain application records in internal systems and online portals
• Communicate with clients, embassies, and consulates as needed
• Arrange appointments and coordinate interviews or biometric submissions
• Monitor application progress and provide regular updates to clients
• Stay informed about updates in immigration rules and policies
• Maintain well-organized records for compliance and audit purposes
• Assist the Visa Processing Manager with administrative and reporting tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in visa processing, immigration services, or a similar field (experience with student, visit, or work visas is a plus)
• Good understanding of visa categories and immigration procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant processing tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
