Job Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns on:
Facebook & Instagram Ads
Google Ads
YouTube Ads
TikTok Ads (preferred)
Generate and optimize leads for real estate projects and campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data analysis
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
Manage ad budgets effectively and prepare performance reports
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
Track conversions, CPL, CTR, and other digital marketing KPIs
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

RequirementsEducation

Bachelor’s degree in:
Marketing
Business Administration
Media Sciences
Digital Marketing
Or any related field

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in:
Performance Marketing
Paid Media Buying
Lead Generation Campaigns
Digital Advertising

Skills Required

Strong command of:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
Google Analytics
Pixel & Conversion Tracking
Understanding of SEO and social media marketing
Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
Ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
