Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations & Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end shipping documentation and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in NVOCC or liner shipping operations and a strong understanding of Pakistan customs processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and manage House Bills of Lading (HBL) and reconcile with Master Bills (MBL).
- Perform timely WeBOC manifest filing for import/export shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping lines (MLOs) for slot booking and freight rates.
- Track vessel schedules (KPT, PQA, SAPT) and provide daily shipment updates.
- Manage container inventory and ensure timely return within free days.
- Verify documents and issue Delivery Orders (DO).
- Monitor and calculate detention & demurrage charges.
- Coordinate with overseas agents for pre-alerts and shipment handling.
- Liaise with ports and terminals to resolve operational issues.
- Verify freight invoices and ensure accurate customer billing.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of NVOCC / liner experience
- Qualification: Bachelor's.
