Key Responsibilities

The Lead Teacher – Kindergarten is responsible for delivering high-quality early childhood education that supports children's academic, social, emotional, physical, and creative development.

The teacher will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that prepares students for a successful transition to primary education while promoting curiosity,
independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
The Lead Teacher will also provide leadership within the classroom, support assistant teachers, and ensure effective implementation of the Kindergarten curriculum and school policies.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Kindergarten curriculum.
Foster the development of early literacy, numeracy, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
Use play-based, inquiry-based, and experiential learning approaches.
Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
Differentiate instruction to meet the individual learning needs of studentSupport students' cognitive, emotional, social, language, and physical development.
Encourage independence, self-confidence, and positive social behavior.
Monitor developmental milestones and learning progress.
Identify students requiring additional support and collaborate with parents and school leadership.Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
Establish classroom routines and expectations.
Implement positive behavior management strategies.
Ensure children's health, safety, and well-being at all times.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University.
