Job Overview

We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Junior Visa Processing Officer to handle and oversee visa applications smoothly. The selected candidate will manage documentation, ensure adherence to current immigration rules, and maintain effective communication with clients as well as official authorities. This is a full-time, on-site position located at Giga Mall, DHA Phase II, Islamabad.

Key Duties

Review visa applications to confirm accuracy and completeness of information.
Collect and validate supporting documents based on specific visa requirements.
Input and manage application data in internal databases and official portals.
Liaise with clients, embassies, and consulates when required.
Schedule appointments and coordinate interviews or biometric processes.
Track application status and provide timely updates to applicants.
Keep up to date with changes in immigration laws and policies.
Maintain organized records for compliance and audit purposes.
Support the Visa Processing Manager with reporting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or a similar role (experience with student, work, or visit visas will be an advantage).
Familiarity with different visa types and immigration procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant processing systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
