Junior Manager - Mall Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional for the position of Jr. Manager – Mall Operations.

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institute/university
• A Diploma in Hospitality Management is mandatory
• Diploma in Hospitality Management will be preferred
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in mall operations, hospitality, or customer services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team management and coordination abilities
• Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to handle tenants, customers, and operational issues effectively
• Proficient in report writing and daily operational management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day mall operations and customer service activities
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, parking, and maintenance teams
• Ensure smooth operational flow within the mall premises
• Handle customer complaints and tenant coordination professionally
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and service standards
• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company SOPs
