\nSalary: Up to PKR 60,000 (depending on experience)
\nProbation Period: 3 Months
\nAbout the Role:
\nWe are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our growing digital marketing company. The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and experience in handling employee records, recruitment, and HR operations.
\nResponsibilities
\nManage the complete recruitment and hiring process.
\nScreen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring.
\nMaintain employee records and HR documentation.
\nManage attendance, leaves, and employee performance records.
\nPrepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
\nHandle onboarding and offboarding processes.
\nMaintain confidential employee data and company records.
\nEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures.
\nCoordinate employee engagement and retention activities.
\nResolve employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
\nPrepare HR reports and maintain accurate databases.
\nAssist management with workforce planning and HR strategy.
\nRequirements
\nMinimum 1.5 years of HR experience is required.
\nExperience in recruitment and employee record management.
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
\nGood knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
\nAbility to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
\nExperience in the IT, software, or digital marketing industry will be an advantage.
