Responsibilities:
Listen to customer complaints politely
Handle and resolve issues through coordination
Contact clients before departure
Share transport details and check-in guidance
Ensure clients are prepared before travel
Follow up after check-in (1–2 days)
Check customer satisfaction
Coordinate with transport, hotel, and sales teams
Track and record complaints and resolutions
Ensure smooth journey from start to end.
Requirements:

Work Experience : 1- 3 year | Background in Umrah Field Preferred
