Finance Manager

• Oversee the organization's financial health, guiding long-term business planning, investment strategies, and high-level financial decision-making.
• Direct the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, corporate reports, and annual budgets, ensuring strict compliance with international accounting standards and local regulatory frameworks.
• Develop, implement, and monitor robust internal control systems to safeguard corporate assets, manage financial risks, and mitigate potential fraud.
• Manage capital structure, oversee banking relationships, and optimize liquidity to ensure the funding of strategic initiatives and operational requirements.
• Oversee corporate tax planning and statutory filings while serving as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors to ensure smooth fiscal reviews.
• Mentor, lead, and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Progress toward or completion of a premier financial certification such as CA, ACCA, ACMA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a corporate finance environment, with a strong track record of managing complex financial systems and cross-functional teams.
• High-level expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics) and sophisticated financial modeling.
