We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Female Project Manager to take complete ownership of assigned projects and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication, team-building, and project management skills, capable of driving performance and ensuring project success.

This position offers significant authority and responsibility, providing the selected candidate with the autonomy to manage resources, monitor team performance, and achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution.

Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including:

Social Media Team

Marketing Team

Customer Support (CSR) Team

Inventory Management

Operations Team

Other team members assigned to the project.

Develop and implement project plans, workflows, and execution strategies.

Monitor daily operations and ensure all departments remain aligned with project goals.

Define, track, and evaluate KPIs for employees working under the project.

Conduct performance reviews and ensure accountability across teams.

Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Ensure timely completion of tasks, milestones, and project deliverables.

Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.

Facilitate team meetings, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.

Foster a productive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.

Lead team development initiatives and strengthen interdepartmental coordination.

Requirements

Female candidate only.

3–4 years of proven experience in Project Management.

Prior experience managing teams across multiple business functions.

Experience with E-commerce brands is highly preferred.

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong team management and team-building abilities.

Straightforward, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.

Ability to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience in KPI monitoring, performance evaluation, and operational management.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Shopify or other E-commerce platforms.

Understanding of digital marketing, customer support operations, inventory management, and business processes.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Location & Work Requirements

Onsite Position

Location: Gulshan-e-Jamal, Block B, Karachi

Working hours are not fixed. The Project Manager is expected to ensure project objectives, team management responsibilities, and operational requirements are completed efficiently.

Flexibility and availability to oversee project execution, resolve operational issues, and support teams whenever required.

This is a leadership role focused on ownership and results rather than fixed working hours.
