Digital Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Digital Sales Executive with at least 3 years of experience in digital sales, preferably in the real estate or property sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through digital channels, converting prospects into buyers, and building strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers effectively.
• Meet daily KPI’s including weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to close sales opportunities.
• Can provide feedback to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, marketing, and referrals.
• Stay informed about current real estate trends and competition.
• Can participate in corporate events, property expos, and networking sessions.
• Maintain and manage an active database of clients using CRM tools.
• Uphold company values and provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the sales process.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital sales, experience of calling in real estate high rise project sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
