Experience Required:
2 years of relevant experience

Real Estate / Property Management
Technical Skills / Certifications:
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry, document handling)

Key Responsibilities:
Processing and verification of property documents
Maintaining accurate records of property files and transactions
Coordinating with clients, internal departments, and external stakeholders
Ensuring documentation compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Assisting in property transfer, booking, and related operational processes
Data entry and updating property records in system/software
Handling follow-ups related to documentation and approvals
