Assistant Manager - Operations

Ocean Tower is looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Operations (Female).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
• Diploma in Hospitality Management will be preferred
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Operations and Customer Services
• Experience in client & tenant handling is essential
• Hotel management experience will be considered an added advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality
• Strong customer dealing and complaint-handling skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with tenants, clients, and internal departments
• Capable of handling operational matters in a professional manner

• Handle customer, client, and tenant queries professionally
• Coordinate with different departments for operational support
