Key Responsibilities:

The Manager ERP / Application Coordination is responsible for the administration, support, optimization and governance of the Institutional's ERP systems including ePADs platform and ICT Infrastructure management & support. The role ensures seamless operation of enterprise applications, effective stakeholder coordination and ICT solutions to support Institutional objectives.

• Creates courses on CMS/LMS in accordance with the gathered data/ university policy.

• Assign roles and privileges on courses created on CMS/LMS along with adding

the attendance activity to each course.

• Schedules and conducts CMS/LMS trainings for permanent and visiting faculty.

• Manages and updates the CMS/LMS training materials.

• Manage and execute procurement activities on ePADs systems in accordance with PPRA Rules/University policies.

• Coordination with ICT Dte regarding Qalam/LMS related issues.

• Mange ICT operations and enterprise system/applications of the School.

• Manage and update web/social media pages of the School (online).

• Administer and maintain the Institutional's Active Directory (AD) environment to ensure secure and reliable authentication and authorization services.

Experience Required:

Essential Experience

2 – 3 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization

Desirable Experience:

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in ERP systems management, application coordination and ICT infrastructure & service management of an Institution.

Hands-on experience in ePAD system administration, configuration, user support and online procurement process management.

Qualification:

Essential Qualifications

BS(CS)/IT from an HEC recognized Institution

Desirable Qualifications

Masters in Computer Sciences/IT from an HEC recognized institution

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Desirable

Ability to ensure ERP/Qalam processes and ICT operations of the School remain compliant with applicable statutory, regulatory and institutional requirements.
