Mustafa Developers is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Accounts to manage accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily accounting operations and bookkeeping activities
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reviews
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
Support budgeting and financial analysis activities

Requirements

Education

B.Com, M.Com, ACCA, CMA, CA Inter, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification

Experience

4–6 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience in real estate or construction industry will be an advantage

Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
