Ocean Tower is looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused professional for the position of Assistant / Deputy Manager – Operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
Diploma in Hospitality Management will be preferred
3–4 years of relevant experience in Operations and Customer Services
Experience in client & tenant handling is essential
Hotel management experience will be considered an added advantage
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality
Strong customer dealing and complaint-handling skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with tenants, clients, and internal departments
Capable of handling operational matters in a professional manner
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities
Handle customer, client, and tenant queries professionally
Coordinate with different departments for operational support
Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence
Assist management in operational planning and execution
