Key Responsibilities

Work in close unison with Faculty Sponsors/ Institutions for organizing functions of NUST Central Clubs and Societies

1) To assist and support the Implementation of student engagement activities through student Club & Societies ensuring a vibrant and inclusive campus life.

2) To assist in the conduct of signature events of Student Affairs Dte such as Olympiad, High Achievers Award Ceremony, Central NUST Student Forum, Orientations, Lapel Pin Award Ceremony and other mega events to be conducted by various clubs and societies.

3) To oversee SA Dte website content and ensuring that all the information is updated at regular intervals.

4) To liaison with the M&C Dte and provide event news and publication material for NUST official social media platforms and newsletters.

5) To give presentation /briefing of NUST at familiarization visits of the students from other schools and colleges.

6) Ensure effective management of queries, complaints and requests for all Students through central Helpdesk/complaint Cell.

7) To prepare/assist in the preparation of presentation/slides for different events as required.

8) To brief the Faculty Sponsors and OBs of the Clubs & Societies regarding the conduct modalities/special instructions for any particular event, as required.

9) To guide the Office Bearers of Clubs & Societies to actively plan activities to commemorate National and International days as required by HEC.

10) Provide guidance to all students in their regular queries and concerns and facilitate especially abled students in liaison with concerned Dte.

11) To work as co-MoC for various central events and international seminars as required.

12) Any other task assigned by Director & DD Student Affairs.

Experience Required

Essential

2 Years relavent experience from reputed organization.

Desirable

3 Years relavent experience from reputed organization.

Qualification

Essential

Bachelors / Masters from HEC recognized University.

Desirable

MS from HEC recognized University.
