Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Recovery Officer to manage debtor records, collections, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure timely recovery of payments, maintain accurate financial records, and coordinate with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Debtors Management (DDP / Indenting Debts)
- Earnest Money Handling
- Bank Guarantee Management
- Withholding Tax Management
- General Duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or finance
- Strong knowledge of financial record-keeping and reconciliation
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
