Key Responsibilities

\n\n

To provide general office support services and ensure cleanliness, assistance, and smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

\n\n

Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of assigned area.
Vigilantly execute opening and closing of classrooms, common areas, emergency exits, offices and conference rooms as per directions of Adm supvr.
Ensure availability of classroom inventory (board markers and duster), replenish any missing items from store and keep record.
Responsible for dusting/cleaning of classrooms, labs, offices, common areas, conference rooms, seminar hall, windows, water cooler and stairs grills as per assigned area by Adm Suprv.
Remain available for any possible task during classes, exams, labs and workshops.
Preparation of classrooms/labs for exams and workshops.
Assist exam branch/faculty for smooth conduct of examinations (admin arrangements).
Shifting of office furniture items as per requirements.
Ensure that all classroom/labs and office dustbins are emptied and cleaned twice daily.
Immediately report non-availability of services and janitorial items in washrooms to supervisor.
Use consumables/janitorial items responsibly for the cleanliness of school.
Keep close eye on all movement on the floor and promptly report any suspicious activity to the supervisor.
Report misplaced/broken items to area supervisor immediately.
Perform duties on holidays, weekends, and beyond regular working hours for official commitments, as required.
Ensure safe and orderly evacuation of all students through designated emergency exits during any emergency.
Keep the AD/Supervisor Admin adequately and regularly informed about all matters.
Perform any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification

\n\n

Master's Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum Studies, English, Mathematics, Sciences, or a related field from HEC recognized University.
