Follow and perform routine/preventive maintenance for all air conditioners in office/site and machines.

Replaced components, circuit boards and motors, cleaned coils, repaired insulation adjusted belts

Repaired damaged and dysfunctional chillers, heaters and refrigeration.

Performed emergency repairs as needed

Provided routine adjustments on AC units to maximize operational efficiency

Maintain Tools, equipment and supplies in a safe and orderly condition

Diagnosed problems in air conditioning units and performed the appropriate repairs to return them to good working order.

To Inform your Immediate Supervisor regarding repair and maintenance (if any).

To Make sure attendance and punctuality in duties.

To follow rules & regulations and comply with the instructions of your seniors to maintain discipline in Company.

To perform other duties as entrusted by your HOD / In charge.
